MassDevelopment closed a $1,850,000 participation at 6% in a $2,350,000 permanent first real estate mortgage loan with Boston Private Bank for Dudley Economic Empowerment Partners. Financing will support the redevelopment of a fire-damaged building that will be converted into a daycare facility operated by the Children's Services of Roxbury, Inc., as well as office and retail space. |
