Solar Electric Generation Projects
Massachusetts Development Finance Agency (“MassDevelopment”) seeks to solicit and evaluate proposals for the purchase of the output from photovoltaic generation projects to be located within Devens as well as the purchase of the output from other photovoltaic generation projects located outside of Devens’ service territory. Entities may submit proposals for either or both categories of solar projects. Separate criteria and contractual arrangements will apply within each category as described in the RFP materials.

Ford Crossing Town Houses and Condominums
Hospital Hill Development LLC, a Delaware limited liability company created by MassDevelopment and The Community Builders, Inc. to redevelop a portion of the site of the former Northampton State Hospital, is seeking Expressions of Interest in development of the Ford Crossing Town Houses and Condominiums at Village Hill Northampton, in Northampton, Massachusetts.

Bond Arbitrage Rebate Consultant Services for Conduit Bonds
Massachusetts Development Finance Agency (“MassDevelopment”) is soliciting statements of qualifications for Arbitrage Rebate Consultant Services in connection with the post-issuance compliance program it is developing for its conduit borrowers. MassDevelopment, as the Commonwealth’s finance and development agency, issues conduit bonds for diverse borrowers and programs ranging from small bank direct purchases to large public offerings. Consultants may be asked to provide services that include computing Form 8038s and monitoring and advising borrowers of filing obligations.

Devens Sustainable Housing (Project Underway)
The Massachusetts Development Finance Agency (“MassDevelopment”) is currently developing moderately priced homes on two sites located within the Devens Regional Enterprise Zone (“Devens”). The project is expected to provide a replicable example of current and innovative sustainable building practices that are practical for Massachusetts homes. In keeping with the Governor’s stated goal of moving toward zero net energy development in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, a goal of this project will be to provide a forum for development of zero net energy, or near zero net energy, moderately-priced housing.
