MassDevelopment issued a Request for Expressions of Interest (“RFI”) to the real estate development community in September, 2009 to solicit proposals to redevelop the historic Vicksburg Square complex in Devens. Two firms – CSM & Companies of Acton and Trinity Vicksburg Square Limited Partnership of Boston – submitted proposals. Copies of these proposals are provided via this website for public review. Please note that financial details of each proposal have been redacted.
