Conversations about rezoning the 19.6-acre Vicksburg Square complex have officially kicked off. Jessica Strunkin, SVP of Devens Operations, and Ed Starzec, Director of Land Planning & Permitting, recently met with the Devens Committee, Shirley Board of Selectman, Ayer Planning Board, and Harvard Board of Selectman to discuss a rezoning that would allow for residential use as well as limited commercial and retail.
