MassDevelopment issued a $9 million tax-exempt bond on behalf of Dudley Greenville LLC, green-lighting a project to build affordable, multifamily housing in Roxbury’s Dudley Square. It’s part of the Orchard Park HOPE IV initiative, which is committed to transforming the formerly blighted area.
