How would the increase of as many as 2,200 workers at IBMs new World Software Headquarters and the proposed build-out of the Cisco Systems site in Littleton impact local traffic? That’s what MassDevelopment helped the town figure out. We developed a transportation and traffic study, as well as mitigation packages based on multiple development scenarios ahead of IBM’s opening.
