Tree House Brewing Company

MassDevelopment issued a $7,740,000 tax-exempt bond on behalf of Tree House Brewing Company, an award-winning brewery based in Monson. The company used the financing to expand with a new 53,000-square-foot brew house in Charlton. The new facility will allow Tree House to keep up with increasing demand for craft beers by brewing up to 150,000 barrels of beer per year. Tree House brews 14 of the top 100 beers in the country, according to The BeerAdvocate Magazine. MassDevelopment enhanced the financing with a guarantee.
