Chicopee officials engaged MassDevelpoment to assist in the redevelopment of the abandoned Facemate and Uniroyal sites. With investment from the EPA and the Commonwealth’s Brownfields Redevelopment Fund, along with our consulting expertise, the once-blighted area became home to an $8 million senior center, bordered by three acres of additional mixed-use development.
