Job Summary:
MassDevelopment is accepting applications for a Vice President, Green Finance (PACE Projects) in our Finance Programs division. This position will be a hybrid model, with a combination of remote work and in-office work in our Boston office.
Under the general direction of the Senior Vice President, Green Financing, this position will be responsible for working with interested borrowers, capital providers, project developers and other related entities to provide assistance and resources to ensure program requirements are met for submission for Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) projects. PACE is an innovative program to help commercial and industrial property owners in Massachusetts finance energy improvements.
