Miller Wachman LLP, a certified public accounting firm with offices in Boston, Worcester, and Holliston, is the newest tenant at 100 Cambridge Street in downtown Boston. The company will occupy 6,381 square feet on the 13th floor. The former Saltonstall building, which MassDevelopment redeveloped into a dynamic mixed-use site that reopened in 2004, has been fully leased since 2007.

“We're pleased that Miller Wachman has come on board as a tenant at 100 Cambridge Street, an example of smart growth reuse at its best,” said MassDevelopment President and CEO Robert L. Culver.

In 2000, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts closed the Leverett A. Saltonstall state office building and selected MassDevelopment to redevelop the contaminated property, located on a windswept plaza at the corner of Cambridge and Bowdoin Streets in downtown Boston. Rehabbed and rebranded “100 Cambridge Street,” the award-winning 600,000-square-foot property is a model for public-private partnership, and a successful example of mixed-use, transit-oriented development.

MassDevelopment, the state's finance and development authority, works with businesses, financial institutions, and communities to stimulate economic growth across the Commonwealth. During FY2010, MassDevelopment financed or managed 238 projects in 104 communities across the state generating investment of nearly $1.4 billion in the Massachusetts economy.
