Celldex Therapeutics Inc., a Needham-based developer of drug therapies and diagnostics for immune disorders, has inked a lease for 23,413 square feet of office, manufacturing and laboratory space at its satellite operation in Fall River, Mass.

The move represents an extension and expansion for Celldex, which previously operated in a smaller footprint in the 60,358-square-foot building. The 9-year-old facility at 151 Martine St. is owned by the Massachusetts Development Finance Agency.

Celldex's new deal is for seven years. The company was represented by Jones Lang LaSalle's Boston office. MassDevelopment negotiated the deal on its behalf.
