The following opportunities are now available:

Active Sub-Slab Depressurization System Installation Project, Worcester MA - Invitation for Bid

MassDevelopment is seeking qualified bidders for the installation of an active sub-slab depressurization system (SSDS) in a portion of the basement in the subject building located at 526-538 Main Street, Worcester MA.  Electronic copies of plans and specs will be available on May 18 at 12 p.m. by contacting Christine Brown at cbrown@massdevelopment.com. This is a Chapter 149 project (No. 22-010) There are no filed sub-bids. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on location at 526-538 Main Street, Worcester, MA on May 26 at 10 a.m. All attendees shall be responsible for providing their own personal protective equipment (PPE) and flashlights are recommended. Bids are due on June 9 by 2:00 p.m. at the MassDevelopment office located at 33 Andrews Parkway, Devens MA 01434, and will be publicly opened and read aloud.  Award of a contract for the work contemplated by this invitation for bid may be subject to the approval of the MassDevelopment Board of Directors. Addenda may be issued, as MassDevelopment deems necessary in response to issues raised, questions received, or as otherwise determined.  Massachusetts prevailing wage rates apply to this project.  MassDevelopment reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.

 

Industrial Park Access Road, Belchertown MA - Invitation for Bid

MassDevelopment is soliciting bids from contractors to construct 300 feet of new roadway in Belchertown complete with utilities (sewer/water/drainage/telecom/street lighting), demolition/site preparation, landscaping, and paving. Contractors must be prequalified by in “Highway Construction” by the Massachusetts Department of Transportation and be approved for projects with a value greater than or equal to $1,270,712.00. Deadline for receipt of bids is May 26, 2022 by 2 p.m. All questions should be submitted by email on or before May 13, 2022 by 4 p.m. to kcardwell@massdevelopment.com. MassDevelopment encourages all qualified respondents to apply, including women-owned and minority-owned entities. MassDevelopment reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all proposals. Insurance Consulting Services RFP 

MassDevelopment is soliciting proposals from respondents to provide comprehensive insurance brokerage services. Respondents should have experience with public and quasi-public agencies, have strong market availability and access and a solid marketing process. Deadline for responses is June 15, 2022 by 5 p.m. MassDevelopment encourages all qualified respondents to respond, including women-owned and minority-owned respondents. MassDevelopment reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all proposals. Award of a contract for the work contemplated by the RFP may be subject to the approval of MassDevelopment’s Board of Directors.
