MassDevelopment is seeking the services of a public accounting firm to conduct audits of the Agency and its related entities’ financial statements in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in the Unites States of America (GAAS) and Government Auditing Standards issued by the Comptroller General of the United States (GAS) and to prepare tax returns for the Agency’s related entities. In addition, we are seeking services to conduct an audit accordance with the requirements of the Single Audit Act and Subpart F of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirement, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Responses are due by March 22, 2024.
