South Regional Office Space RFP - Fall River 

Massachusetts Development Finance Agency (“MassDevelopment”) is in search for office space of approximately 2,000 - 2,250 square feet, to relocate MassDevelopment’s current South Regional Office to a targeted geographic area within the City of Fall River.

New Bedford State Pier 

MassDevelopment is seeking Letters of Interest for use and/or development of the New Bedford State Pier (“NBSP”) in New Bedford, MA. The NBSP is owned by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, through the Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR). MassDevelopment currently manages the NBSP through an agreement with DCR.
