Mirror Lake is a thirty acre, deepwater lake that has been opened for certain public uses since 1998. Mirror Lake lies within both conservation and preservation land districts and the selected respondent must operate the lakefront under the specified conservation restrictions.
The Mirror Lake waterfront is an inlet with approximately 115 feet of sand shoreline that gradually slopes to a depth of 28 feet within a marked swim area. The water quality at Mirror Lake is excellent and shows limited signs of environmental water degradation. A wooden structure is available for equipment storage.
MassDevelopment is soliciting proposals for the management and operation of the Mirror Lake Recreational Facility for the 2019 summer season.
