The Massachusetts Development Finance Agency (MassDevelopment) requests proposals from qualified firms for Owner’s Project Manager (OPM) services related to the design and construction of a new Public Safety Building. The project includes renovation of an existing building, construction of a new fire equipment apparatus bay, associated utilities, stormwater and site improvements. OPM services will commence immediately after contract award with construction anticipated to commence in the summer of 2021.
