Small Business Technical Assistance (SBTA) Program
The FY26 SBTA program will provide grants of up to $150,000 to certified Community Development Corporations, certified Community Financial Institutions, and other nonprofits with established community-focused small business technical assistance programs in order to advance growth and stability for businesses with fewer than 20 employees and earning no more than $2.5 million in annual revenue.
Program Goals include:
• Expanding the availability and quality of technical assistance for small and microbusinesses.
• Building organizational capacity among non-profit providers serving small businesses.
• Increasing equitable access to capital, advice, and resources for historically underserved entrepreneurs.
• Strengthening local and regional small business ecosystems across all Massachusetts communities.
Capital Providers for the Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy Massachusetts Program
MassDevelopment is soliciting information from multiple firms to serve as capital providers for the Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy Program. Firms will comprise a list of potential funding sources for property owners who wish to participate in PACE Massachusetts.
