HBSS Uses $1.2 Million in Loans to Support New Technology

HBSS is a transportation software company. Its platform has managed over $500 million annually in Medicaid transportation, helping low-income individuals, seniors, children, and people with disabilities access non-emergency medical care. Despite this success, HBSS, as a small business, had struggled to gain institutional recognition while competing with larger multinational corporations. To grow and secure public-sector contracts for its new AI-supported technology, QRyde Cloud, the company needed capital support.

We provided loans to HBSS totaling $1.2 million to fund the launch and further development of QRyde Cloud. This new AI-supported technology aims to remove the high cost of transportation technology by offering a cost-per-ride pricing model, which is significantly more affordable than traditional systems. The loans were used to hire staff to manage technological service delivery for the company's expanding national and international clientele.

Thanks to our financial support, the company reached record-breaking sales and has expanded its inclusive transportation technology to 9,600 cities around the world. This exciting growth in HBSS software and services is expected to create new jobs and boost revenue.
