JazzUrbane Cafe Opening in Nubian Square

JazzUrbane Cafe is an exciting new arts and dining destination coming to Nubian Square in Boston. Located on the first floor of the Bruce Bolling Municipal Building, the venue will feature live performances, showcase local and national artists, and include a restaurant with a rotating menu and curated wine selection.

The project was supported through a collaborative financing package, including a $380,000 equipment loan and guarantee from MassDevelopment, $1.63 million in financing from M&T Bank, $450,000 in credit enhancement from the City of Boston, and additional support from The Boston Foundation.

JazzUrbane Cafe is expected to become a vibrant hub for music, culture, dining, and community gathering in Nubian Square.
