Way Finders

A $6.96 million tax-exempt bond is helping Way Finders buy land in Springfeld and build a new community impact housing center and administrative headquarters at the former Peter Pan Bus Lines station. The relocation allows the nonproft affordable housing developer to better serve its clients while adding to the revitalization of the city’s downtown.
